- Choose from two different cover amounts: $5,000 or $7,500
- No medical information is required.
- You can insure up to 10 additional family members or friends on your policy.

How do I apply for cover?
Contact your local Credit Union for an application form to be sent to you or pick one up next time you visit one of their branches.

If you’re not a current credit union member, choose your local credit union from the form on the right and someone will contact you about the benefits of being part of a credit union.
