Carminder Car Insurance - Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Rules for the member prize draw:        

1. The Competition will run from 23 January 2012 to 23 March 2012.
2. All live Carminder policies not in arrears as at 23 March 2012 will be entered into the draw (except those outlined in 3 below).
3. Credit union employees, New Zealand Association of Credit Unions employees and credit union business vehicle policies are not eligible to enter.
4. The prize will be $1,000 worth of MTA Petrol Vouchers.
5. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the prizewinner to allow the Credit Union and the New Zealand Association of Credit Unions to use the Winners’ names and images for promotional purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation.
7. The Winner will be determined by random draw at the New Zealand Association of Credit Union’s office in Newmarket, Auckland.
8. The Winner will be notified by the 27th of March by phone.
9. The judge’s determination of the Winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winners will be notified by phone (voice or text) and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by their Credit Union.
10. Where attempts to contact the Winners fail (e.g. when a Winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts) the judge may select another Winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within six months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.
